Personalized Guidance Before You Decide
Tell Mary What Kind of Support Your Family Needs
You do not need to choose a care block on your own. Share a little about your loved one’s routines, priorities, preferred schedule, and the kinds of assistance that may be helpful. Mary will review the information and contact you for a free, no-pressure consultation.
Your answers will give Mary a thoughtful starting point before the conversation, helping her prepare useful questions and recommend a realistic amount of care time without locking your family into a particular service or package.

Flexible Time, Thoughtfully Prioritized
What Can Fit Into Your Care Time?
Mary’s care blocks are designed to give families dependable time that can be shaped around the client’s most important needs. A visit may focus on one personal-care routine, or it may combine several forms of practical support when time and circumstances allow.
For example, a longer visit might include personal care followed by meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, companionship, or an essential errand. The exact combination will depend on the client’s pace, mobility, comfort, home environment, travel requirements, and the level of assistance each activity requires.
Priorities Come First
Before care begins, Mary and the family will identify the most important goals for the visit. Essential personal-care and safety needs will receive priority, while additional activities can be completed as time reasonably permits.
Enough Time to Help. Enough Flexibility to Care.
Care Begins With a Conversation
A Care Plan Built Together
Choosing a care block is only the beginning. During the free consultation, Mary will listen carefully to your family’s concerns, learn about your loved one’s routines and abilities, and discuss the type of support that may make daily life safer, easier, and more comfortable.
Together, you will identify the most important priorities, preferred days and times, likely travel needs, and a realistic amount of care time. Mary may recommend a different care block than the one originally selected when another option would provide a safer or more comfortable experience.
Your Consultation Can Help Clarify:
- Which care block is the most realistic starting point
- Which activities should receive priority during each visit
- How often care may be needed
- Which weekday schedule may work best
- Whether travel, errands, or appointment support may be involved
- Any important routines, preferences, mobility concerns, or household considerations
Personal Care Should Always Begin With Personal Understanding.
